Reviews for I Will Always Love You:

Annette Evans takes you on a journey of the heart in her book "I Will Always Love You". Melissa has been shaped by her perception of the place she occupies within her family structure, which has left her feeling undeserving. As Melissa starts to experience life as her own person during a trip to Germany she meets a man named Stefan that will ultimately challenge her character, her self-esteem, and her personal strength, as well as change her life forever. Annette uses a brilliant form of dialogue to tell the story of Melissa's heart, engaging the reader from the very first page. I found myself unable to put the book down because I needed to know what happened next. I marveled at how much one decision could impact a life and how fear and uncertainty could interfere with love. As Melissa works through her emotions fate steps in and leads her down some difficult roads. Only to find out that her life experiences were able to teach her things she otherwise might not have recognized about herself, her family, and life in general. Melissa gains strength as a person and is able to admit her mistakes and rebuild herself, stronger, better, and much more confident then she imagined she could be. Stefan lives life only to find out that some things are not always as they seem to be. Annette builds two characters that have no other option then to learn to really love and to follow the heart. Absolutely one of the best books I have ever read.

'I Will Always Love You,' by Annette Evans, is a great read. I thoroughly enjoyed it. It starts out with the main character, Melissa, nervously waiting in a psychiatrist's office. We learn quickly that this is the idea of her mother and sister and not her own. We learn about the loss of her one true love and the effect it took on her life. We meet Melissa at the lowest point in her life and we learn about the woman she becomes and how she grows. It is a very well
thought out and written book. I would suggest this book to anyone who loves to curl up to a good romance. Once you start reading, you can't stop till the end.
Ms. Evans leaves you wanting more and waiting to read her next book.

I Will Always Love You took me back to the days of my first love and all the sweet, passionate and real feelings that came along with it. Annette writes in such a way that you feel everything Melissa feels, all the love, all the pain, even all the guilt. You feel like you are in the book, inside Melissa, experiencing it for yourself. Many tears were shed in the reading of this beautiful story, so keep those tissues close. Sad, beautiful and powerful, it shook me to the core.
The plot is well thought out and well executed, and it is very well written. Two thumbs up to the author, for making us all believe in true love, destiny and all those sweet, fluffy and happy things! Well done Annette, this is my first book of yours, but definitely not the last! Five stars well deserved!

As I got into the story it made me happier and happier. I read the whole book in one entire day even though it was over 200 pages. If you have children, you know this is quite a feat to take on! I just did not want to stop finding out what was going to happen next. This book was such a smooth and easy transitioning read that I was at the end of it quicker than I ever thought I would be. Nick and Kelly share a love that is so filled with passion that it made me smile from ear to ear. Their type of love is what others sometimes can only dream about finding in their lifetime. Of course with every romance there were obstacles that they were going to have to overcome along the way. I loved all the supporting characters of the story because they helping tell it even more than if it would have just been focused around Nick and Kelly. Supporting characters when they are good, like in this case, help to make the story feel even that much more genuine and relatable for the reader.
Nick and Kelly's characters pulled at my heart strings. A lot of people seem to think that novels that are more than 200 pages are too long, but in my philosophy the longer the better. I love to be engrossed in a story and have more and more detail to draw me into it.
This was my first read from this author and I am definitely going to be looking into more!

I came across this author on Facebook and decided to give her a try. I read this book and got pretty hooked and emotionally invested in the characters. There comes a point in the book where it's frustrating seeing a disconnect between two characters who are only held apart by mistake. It left a lot to be desired and the author came through in the end.
I like the style and the story (not typically my genre) and the characters felt real and you really invest yourself in their fates. I plan on reading more from this author.

I just finished reading "Until I Met You" for the second time and I was so into the story of these characters as if I was reading it for the first time. The author Annette Evans comes up with the most interesting stories that I found myself rooting for Kelly & Nick from the beginning. I felt the same emotions that the characters were going through and was very happy with how the story ended. I can't wait to read what Annette comes up with next.

Reviews for Simple Pleasures:
Review #1
I enjoyed reading Simple Pleasures and keeping up with the 3 main characters. I tried to figure out what each twist and turn would bring and was always wrong.
The entire time I was reading I was trying to imagine who would play Gwen, Vicky and Jenna when this becomes a movie! The author did a great job with detail, I could almost see in front of me what I was reading.

What a story about three women and their ups and downs in life. The novel is great to read and tell not only the eventful life of Gwen, Vicky and Jenna, but gives also a feeling for the different decades of the 20. century. Author Annette Evans made excellent researches and I would like to see Simple Pleasures in a movie!
